Live the dream
TROO Living Philosophy

Troo Living was created from a long personal journey of exploring what it really means to be well.
I began by studying psychology, with a deep curiosity to understand human behaviour — and, in many ways, myself. My path then led me into the world of art, working in London and New York, where I experienced the richness and complexity of how people live, express, and relate to the world.
For many years, I followed what felt meaningful rather than a fixed plan — moving between countries, projects, and ways of living.
A turning point came through my own health challenges. Working with a naturopath, changing my diet, and making important life changes helped me understand that health is never just physical — it is deeply connected to how we live, relate, and care for ourselves.
This led me into the world of food.
I began cooking, first for myself and then in retreat settings around the world. Living and working in different cultures, cooking with local ingredients, and sharing daily life with people from many backgrounds showed me how powerful simple food, rhythm, and connection can be.
The kitchen became a place of nourishment, but also of conversation, reflection, and understanding.
Later, becoming a mother brought another layer of transformation. The postpartum period and the changes it brings made me reflect deeply on identity, care, and what women truly need in order to feel supported and well.
Troo Living brings together all of these experiences.
It is a space to return to what is simple, natural, and true — through food, daily rhythms, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
I don’t believe in strict rules or one “right” way to be healthy.
Instead, I support women in finding what works for them, in their own life, at their own pace.
